Lotus Infusion

Lotus Infusion
Level 2 Enchantment (Druid, Sorcerer, Wizard)

Casting Time: Action
Range: Self
Components: V, S, M (a pinch of pollen)
Duration: 24 hours

Ten lotus petals appear in your hand and are infused with sleeping magic for the duration. Dropping a lotus petal onto a piece of food or into a drink causes the petal to dissolve and enchant that food or drink. For the duration, if a creature willingly consumes that food or drink, they must succeed on a Constitution saving throw or have the Unconscious condition for 8 hours. The condition ends on a creature if it takes damage or someone within 5 feet of it takes an action to shake it out of the spell’s effect.

Creatures that don’t sleep, such as elves, or that have Immunity to the Exhaustion condition automatically succeed on saves against this spell.

Undissolved lotus petals disappear when the spell ends.
