Long Hour

Long Hour
Level 3 Illusion (Bard, Druid, Sorcerer, Wizard)

Casting Time: 1 minute
Range: 500 feet
Components: V, S, (a platinum hourglass worth 500+ GP)
Duration: Concentration, up to 8 hours

You make a 200-foot Cube within range where inside the area the same moment seems to continue forever. For the duration, atmospheric conditions, weather, and celestial bodies (sun, moon, and stars) remain the same within the area. Additionally, creatures within the area perceive these conditions as static outside of the area as well. When the spell ends, the area immediately changes to match the real conditions.

Creatures entering the area are likely to notice the illusion. A creature examining the illusion can take the Study action to make an Intelligence (Investigation) check against your spell save DC to disbelieve it. If a creature discerns that the conditions are illusory, the creature sees a vague image superimposed on the real environment.
